Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate, experienced Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our growing team. We have immediate per diem opportunities available in Garden City and throughout Nassau County .

Dedicated, responsive support team
Rewarding one-on-one care in clients' homes
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Provide personal care, grooming, and hygiene assistance
Offer medication reminders as directed
Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
Provide companionship and emotional support
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
Active New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification (required)
Minimum of one year of professional HHA experience
Authorized to work in the United States
Valid driver's license preferred
Reliable transportation strongly preferred
Physical examination completed within the last 12 months
PPD or QuantiFERON test within the past 12 months, or chest X-ray within the last 5 years
MMR immunization documentation within the last 10 years
