Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Westchester County
$40/hour • $125 per visit • Flexible 12-Hour Shifts
Affirmed Home Care is hiring experienced LPNs for per diem opportunities throughout Westchester County , including White Plains, Yonkers, Scarsdale, Larchmont, New Rochelle, Tarrytown, Ossining, Mt. Kisco, Pleasantville, and surrounding areas.

Requirements:
1+ year recent LPN experience (acute care preferred)
Active NYS LPN license & current BLS
Physical within 1 year
PPD/QuantiFERON within 1 year or chest X-ray within 5 years
MMR within 10 years
Driver’s license preferred
