Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician for a contract position in Hilo, HI. Working under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist, the successful candidate will prepare IVs, prepackage medication, and assist with inventory management in a dynamic pharmacy environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Pharmacy Technician

• Fill prescriptions and prepare IVs under pharmacist supervision
• Prepackage medication for dispensing following standards and regulations
• Assist pharmacists with the final check of filled prescriptions
• Maintain inventory practices including receiving, rotating medications, and managing physical inventory
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment by checking equipment for safety and cleanliness

Requirements of the Pharmacy Technician

• Hawaii Pharmacy Technician registration required
